Just got approved for ED!
It was a long-shot according to my dealer but looks like I'll be in Leipzig on Feb 29 2024 (had to do it on a leap year).
Original delivery date stateside was 1/31/24 but I suspect that the production delays have worked in my favor.
For those tracking inbound cars, my CGTS had a smooth journey--slightly ahead of schedule once it was ON a transport ship. (And my car went to the Baltimore port.)
Thinking my 'exit' from this thread with my Ice Grey Metallic will be between 10/28 and 11/2.

I spent a long time wavering on which color to go with for PTS, even after I locked it in I was nervous. Once I saw the car in person I knew it was the right choice, a historic choice and one that will always be classic. My CXX interior just was the icing on the cake.
My BGTS is on board Supreme Ace on the way to Halifax roughly 10 days after production completion, expected to arrive in Halifax on Nov 2. Originally delivery was scheduled late January, then moved up to mid February now Dec 22, my guess some time in November I'll be picking her up!
Can I conclude anything from the location of my Spyder regarding when it will "catch" a ship?
You should be able to get the schedule for which ship your car is set to be on. I'm not sure if my ED is any different but I was able to contact the shipping company and they gave me all the information regarding what ship my car was scheduled to be on and what port it was headed to.
My car has been at the destination port for over a month now. The dealer said they don't know when it will be coming in and they have no information as to when it will be released to the dealer.
Do we have any insights as to what is casing this delay? I was told a "software update", but 30 days for that seems a bit..much The dealer mentioned that they had 4 cars waiting at the port with no other info.

Just got the bad news this evening.
They offered Stuttgart on the same day (2/29/24).
No track experience though.
If PECLA wasn't a 3k jack-job I might divert the money I was budgeting for ED to that.
Looks like I'll just have to settle for getting the car in late January as planned.
Apparently my car does not have the electric steering column like my 981S.
