It is a decal with two ceramic clear coats over it. Looks even better in person. I did do yellow stitching and belts and dials too. So it really brings it all together.

Well, I can officially post my pics in this thread. I know most of you may have seen them in the other threads, but this is OUR thread!
It's amazing how different the color is under different lights. Paint quality seems very good too. I don't see a need for any real paint correction before PPF. Just simple clean up.

I received the seatbelts back from SeatbeltPlanet. They were pretty quick on getting the new color webbing installed and it looks like a very good match (their Laguna Blue).They can do a variety of colors of course and their belts meet DOT certification. Interestingly, their belt material comes from the Berger Group, the German company that makes the seatbelts for Porsche. https://www.bergerseatbelt.com/en
The price with this premium webbing was $360. The removal/installation can be done yourself if you are a confident DIY'er. I'll write something up on it sometime soon.
For now, here's the end results.
