Nope. I'm all about the basic black interior. Sorry man. But post up some pics of your combo. Here's mine...
Well, we think a bit alike. Espresso/Cognac is 2 tone as is your choice of all black leather with white fabric seats for your interior......How much did they charge for the pleats? That's a creative and interesting touch.
Thanks to all who have posted. Just paying my respects...there weren't too many shark blue CGTS pics so hopefully this will help somebody. Pretty cloud day and I would agree the color in person looks great. I ordered the GTS Interior Package and no regrets there. Only thing I would maybe re-consider is painting the calipers black but $900 was a steep price to pay for that for me.
I wasn’t too sure I’d like red calipers against Shark Blue but now that I have the car I like the combo. As stated it’s pretty easy to have them painted.
My wife had some input on colors. She loved the Shark which was the deciding factor on that change. We wanted Shark seat belts, but they were not available before 12/6 and my car was built in Nov. So I struggled about going with red belts to match the calipers or black (in case I want to paint the calipers black later). She scoured the interwebs and found some Pcars with red stripes against blue paint and said she felt it would clash. Specifically, when wearing the seatbelt, the red is visible directly against the blue door. Conversely, the calipers are not directly against the blue body and are surrounded by black wheels so that would be ok. So I went with black belts and red calipers which saves about $1,600 as I recall. Which makes the net cost change from AvGreen (which she disliked) to Shark only about $400. She's very frugal lol
PS She HATES my white face gauges. I love them. So I exercised veto power on that one.
What a great shot. Guards, carmine, python (am I right?).....
Of personal interest, I await my Lava CGTS arriving shortly and my anxiety over bypassing the shark blue is slowly increasing. I had seen all 3 of the other colors and love that shark. Made my choice based only on pictures and the lava ID badge ribbon that I got at the PEC/LA.
Is that a Lava example over to the far right? Because if it is I made the correct call --for ME-- with absolutely no shade being thrown at those that went blue. You guys also made an awesome call.
That is indeed a Lava Orange GT3 on the left. The other green GT3 is Lizard Green. I woukld relax if I were you....Lava is a perfectly great color!! Had it been available on the Spyder, I would have had more anxiety...haha. But I am a sucker for blue cars!!! Yours will be beautiful I am sure!!!

You have red accented interior....why not have red calipers. I think it works perfectly. I did order and pay for black calipers....I have had the car for a little over two months and have already painted over that $900 option. Red definitely would have clashed with my yellow accented interior so I got black to buy me some time....literally. I did not think I would act so quickly but an opportunity came to me....again, literally. A mobile guy came out and painted mine for $350. And they came out perfectly. So mull it over. Give the red a little time. I am willing to be you will grow to like it. And if you don't, getting them painted is cheap....or at least it was for me. I am about to start a thread and I will link it to this post a little later.
@flynlow looking forward to pics of the yellow calipers.
@AdamIsAdam , screw it. I will post it on here instead of a new thread. They came out amazing and the guy did a really good job. Here you go!!! I will edit some more pics. They are all in HEIC format so just have to reformat. I will make another post to this thread or edit this one with more pics.
