LOL wait till I stop driving my mid-engine like a rear-engine 911. I think sub 1:20 is in the cards at my current set-up.
interested in getting some 19 track wheels. Have you been happy with the apex wheels? Any fitment issues (i will likely stay w stick suspension except whats needed for track oriented alignment.
thank you!

I have been on 19" for the past 8 years for all my GT cars. I typically use Forgeline but tried Apex his time and so far great track wheels for the money. I did not feel any wheel flex in the high G corners so very please. I also have 11" rear so I can run 305/30 rear and they clear nicely with no rubbing.

what are your thoughts on a 315/30/19 fitting on the rears? I've been running 305/30/19s in Bridgestone, Nankang, and soon Falkens, but looking at running Hoosier A7s for autocross in the near future, and the 315/30/19 looks appealing.

My 305/30R19 AR-1s are rubbing just a bit. Depending on your wheels, alignment settings, and the specific tire, 315 might not be possible.
APEX SM-10 (19x11 ET46), -2.2° camber, +2.2mm toe per side.

Thanks for the information. I'm running in "Stock" class, so can only get around -1.8 camber in the rear, and haven't seen any rubbing with the CR1 or RE71R at this point. I have two sets of BC Forged wheels, one with a 47 offset and one with a 44 offset. It appears that it'd definitely be close, especially with the 47mm offset set. (And just to be clear, based on your picture, it's rubbing on the inside, correct?)
