Yes ECR is a fun track. A bit of a roller coaster in places. Here is a video of how to do it from one of our members. This is a repost off of youtube. Jeff is pretty smooth in his GT3, and fast of course. A 2 minute lap is booking.
looks really smooth and fast. I have seen similar Vmin apex speeds but I guess the delicacy and smoothness needs to be worked on. I’m gonna save it as reference lap anyone knows how fast a cayman has gone (not raceprepped) across the track?
And for fun, here is how it is done in a Cup Car by a pro at Eagles Canyon Raceway here in the Dallas. He really gets after it on the last lap and the time shows.

Ran Eagles Canyon Raceway in the reverse direction yesterday. What a blast. Had to learn a whole new track. Completely different with the elevation changes and increasing or decreasing radius corners all being reversed. I felt like a student again since I had no muscle or mental memory of how to run that layout. After a couple of sessions though, all was good and I began to attack things again.
The car is working so well. So balanced and neutral with the alignment and setup mentioned in other posts. No issues with understeer at all. Again this was done on the softer shock setting which makes it easier to trail brake into the corners and put the power down on the way out. The G meter numbers look pretty good too.

Good run at Eagles SnB. That guy held you up in a few places so you would have been in the 2:06s. Very much on the edge of adhesion for most every corner. If you get a chance to run it this month clockwise, it is a whole new track. Even more like a roller coaster. A total blast after you get used to it in a few sessions.
I was wondering if I’d ever see a video with a 2-minute lap at VIR in a GT4. Everything I found on YT was 2:05 or more. I was at that event in my old E36 M3 trying (unsuccessfully) to keep up with you.
