Well boys, I took the plunge over the weekend - put in my order for OAPs + rear section, inconel with the heat shielding.

Many thanks to Eric @SupremePower and can’t wait for it get here.

I ordered the full Inconel setup from Supreme. The OAPs and exhaust were in stock so I got them first. I had them installed along with a Softronics tune to keep valves open when PSE is activated. It absolutely gave me the sound I was after! However, a few weeks later, the 200 CEL catted Kline Inconel headers arrived. I was not at all prepared for the sound difference. Absolutely incredible. The system really just jives well together. With the headers, under full throttle, it is quite a bit louder; a fuller, richer sound with more character in the barks and crackles. However, with valves closed, it is barely any different than before the headers. For anyone on the fence about the headers, get off the fence and do it!

Supreme Power and Kline are awesome. Had Kline inconel OAPs + valved reared installed on my Cayman GTS 4.0 along with BMC filters. Greatly enhanced the overall experience of driving the car. I'm installing a M-Engineering tune pretty soon, was told with my setup stage 1 would give me roughly 390 whp.

I think Kline is the best overall exhaust system for the 718 4.0 platform. If you're after strictly performance and sound I'd say JCR is probably the best but if you factor in everything I think Kline is #1 as it keeps drone pretty much exactly the same as stock.

Really considering 200 cell headers, just don't want the car to be any louder than is. Will consider it more after the tune!

Seriously, the headers with 200 cell cats are where it's at. It really opens up the car with the Tune (Stage 2). Yes, it's definitely louder from 5k+, but a much fuller, non restrictive sound. Not obnoxiously loud nor raspy.

You won’t regret it. The sound is now my favorite part of the car. I’d add a valve controller too to get the most out of it at low revs. Enjoy!

Does anyone have a full Kline system with a valve controller in the DC/MD/DE/VA area that I can meet up with to listen to? I have the SS OAPs and rear section on my BGTS already. I just want to know what the 200 cell cats sound like in person before making the purchase. The car is already very loud and sounds great above 5K RPMs, but a little soft below. On the fence.

Have you thought about just pulling the vacuum lines and leaving them open all the time?

I’m going to just start there - every single time I’ve ever been in any of my Porsche cars, I open the valves every single time. So I might as well just keep it that way all the time.

I keep them open most of the time with my valve controller. Since I already have the OAPs and rear section, I want to hear what the addition of the Kline headers sounds like in person to see if it's the direction I want to go.

I have Softronics Tune with the full Kline Inconel system including the catted 200CEL headers. I got the same check engine light as user @dnimi123 (P013E). However, Scott and Softronics says he can't tune that code out because that code signifies something wrong with my cats on the headers and that I should contact Kline.

I have full exhaust with 200 cell cats inconel, run it on my Spyder for 8k mi , absolutely love it , hot valve control Soul , it’s always open or always closed. It’s loud but not obnoxious on open and when closed it’s very pleasant and quiet enough to drive around with out every one turning heads. No check engine lights , no issues
