its pretty loud and i will measure it. Just lemme know how you plan to measure the akra system so it can be done in the same way. Think about it. Both 4L na with 200 cell cats and straight pipe. Why would it be dramatically different? Both also have a soft tev limiter at 5k. Catless is one notch higher for sure

Three Wheelin'
From Kiril's (K-Nut) videos, at WOT, it sounds great. But, in steady-throttle and off-throttle, it seems to boom a bit. Is anyone else hearing the booming sound?

I can believe it because kline runs side cans.
Interestingly with the valves closed there is a deeper tone in the cabin. However valves open it sounded very quiet 2-3k which is my experience with other kline system i have owned (911T and R8). I always ended up unplugging the valves and there was zero bassy tone. So this would be in line with my past experiences as well

K-nut says no. I haven’t been in his car with the roof/windows up because of covid so cant say in person. However, i asked him to go through the different rev ranges while we were on the phone multiple times because I didnt believe him and there wasnt any resonance. Zero

i would bet that is the key difference and why its much much quieter valves closed than open. The valves closin draws exhaust gas into the lower parts of the side cans in addition to the center muffler. So you go from 3 mufflers to straight pipe on valve transition. There are 4 collision points in the straight pipe valves open path for sound wave cancellation.
