Default OEM tips on opposite sides?

@BoxKing are the tips switched on purpose? (left on right and right on the left)

Inconel, and I paid the price with my own two hands

I didn’t set them aside when taking them off the OEM box in L/R order… this ended up being a head scratcher when wrapping up the Kline install. I Messed around with both options, and what you see looked the best to me.

Are they actually reversed….? If so, I might like my twist over OEM.

@BoxKing The tips are reversed from all others I have seen but it's your car. You can do whatever you like.

Given the end of spyder / gt4, is it safe to assume Kline will continue making exhausts for these cars at least as long as the gts 4.0 model is being produced? The same exhaust fits all the 9A2Evo’s, right?

I’m sure this is covered above, so apologies for the dupe question. If I can’t throw my money at an SRS, a Kline Ti or inconel may be in my future.

I think its safe to say that your potential future want for a Kline system will be taken care of with no issues. Eric @SupremePower tends to bring a handful or more of these systems to stock, and yes, they should continue to have plenty of reason to keep producing as these fit all 4.0's... plenty of recent deliveries of Spyders/GT4s to close out the production run, and its not like every owner slaps on a full system the day they take delivery, so the demand for these should continue for some years to follow.

Your options would be SS, or Inconel.

Interesting…I just googled inconel vs SS weight and inconel is “significantly heavier”

I wasn’t expecting that

I thought it was supposed to be lighter, but stronger - I don't really know though....

I just looked on the Kline site, and yes, the Inconel is listed as lighter (13.5kg for ss vs 7.5kg for inconel). (for the rear silencer section) I wonder if that is because they use less material.

I am guessing the generic question to google compared the same volume of material...?

Believe the inconel version is thinner than the SS version (hence the weight savings).

I'm pretty darned happy with my ole Soul Comp OAPs, tbh, so the money will have to be burning a hole in my pocket. Or perhaps I will need serious retail therapy after being laughed out of the SRS purchase line.

A light-weighting program might be fun to pursue as well (Kline plus anti-grav battery, etc) Oh, and a much stricter personal diet. lol

You won’t regret it, it’ll feel like a new car again (I’m not talking about your waistline LOL).

@Adrift had a short ride in my Spyder - but he might need to experience it for a longer period of time.

No doubt true. And maybe give my gf a ride as well (wink wink) and get her thoughts. She is my near constant co-pilot.
