The M2CS is great car if you like a seating position 4 feet off the deck so you feel like you're sitting on the roof. Crooked seat/seating position to meet side impact crash standards, no steering feel, PS5 engine note, spinning crank hubs, Hyundai interior quality, looks only a mother could love, rubbery sloppy gearbox, clutch pedal that sits higher than the brake and gas. Subpar brakes. BMW is the laughing stock of the automotive world. They haven't made a decent car since the E46 M3.

Lol, the grail cars for most such as the M3 fall in the like minds of the R34/R35... preferences I suppose. Sounds like you've had a lot of lemons though lol.

I installed buckets and pretty much changed everything else you described except for a steering tune. Gearbox, brakes, seats, exhaust, engine note. With my buckets it sits the same as my 4RS and 3Touring buckets but is more comfortable.

I'm sorry I brought up M2 CS as I don't want to make this a BMW is better post, I was just proving a point of driving of slower Cayman vs faster 911 on track. Both are fun but driving closer to your limits as a driver is even more fun. All IMO of course.

Porsche >>>>>>>> then BMW, not even in same ballpark.

Wrong, you can and I've ridden in one. A local guy with 2016 GT4 has it installed. I bet it would work with RS as well.

Would love to read more feedback on this mod...it has been around a long time but almost no feedback.....in any case, John and the guys at BGB are probably the ones that know the most on how to make these cars handle and perform.

Better drivers than me (with prior GT4 ownership experience) who've driven the car mentioned than handling has improved. That's all I know.

yes but the autoquest mod isn’t homologated for racing i expect!

btw stop kicking the 4RS, i would love one but will never get there as i want a non wp stripper for hillclimbing and no dealer is going to do that and miss the margin on the options in the UK.

Am sure in good hands (like Mooty) it is great, look at the NR times. Toe links, camber plates 5 stud hubs no radio….perfection.

yes it will be slower than a 3RS but there is domewhere to stow lunch and a lid….

Funny, the first thing my dealer said when he offered me an RS was I had to spec the Weissach package.

That's crazy. There are some sh***y dealers out there I guess. I am lucky to have a MSRP "order what I want" dealer apparently...
