I'm not seeing anything new in these pics than what we already saw about a month or more ago? In fact this looks like a bit of a rehash... because There ain't no way that Germans are working during Christmas week LOL

Maybe the final wheel design in these? There seem to be two.. a magnesium style wheel (Weissach package?) and another one which we can suppose is the standard one?

Looks like different kinds of wheels and 992 GT3 style wing as well.

So it looks like the front fender and front bumper has some things going on. I think we can all assume the area right on top of the fender will be some sort of vent such as seen on the 991.2 vents. The area right behind the front wheels is new. I assume it will also be some sort of vent but what it'll look like is anybody's guess at the moment. Interesting though the part on the front bumper. With there already being a vent right there, maybe this is some sort of guiding vane.

The wheel design does look very aggressive and I like it. I know lots of people don't like the CL but aside from the inconvenience of using and servicing wheels with CL, the wheels look sweet. I think it will be nice if they offer in platinum.

I also just noticed the side scoop has the part that normally says GT4 covered up. Assuming this is because it'll say RS or GT4 RS instead. The exhaust pipes definitely look bigger too.

How long does it normally take for a car to start production / sales after it has been announced? For example, if this car was to be announced in June/July 2021, does it normally start sales right away or does it take time in between?

Well....718 GT4 was announced in, what, June 2019?


First delivery was April? So 9-10 months?

Seems like similar with RS in 2021

Yes, June 2019...

Sales in the EU for the GT4/SPYDER were the fall of 2019, ROW early 2020... but I'll bet the RS will be a bit tougher to get an allocation for.
