IMHO and after owning several Porsches and now a 4RS....the interior sound arguments are total BS. Specially if your current car already has mods like an exhaust. I don't daily mine but I do use it occasionally and even my wife says that it's Ok....the buckets seats are more of a problem for her than sound or suspension.
I agree regarding GT4RS sound levels
I honestly was a bit worried after all the YouTube videos but as others said they are at constant 7.000-9000rpm
as Soul Performance pointed out, the standard rear exhaust is super restrictive with PSE off and that is very clear when you drive motorways/say below 3.000rpm
with PSE on and higher RPM, the care is more exciting but below 5.000rpm and half throttle for me totally OK for daily driving
wear ear protection on track or if your want to race the car with lots of 7000+ rpm sections
as most will wear ear protection on track anyway; I don’t see the issue as an owner

Agreed - it’s a non issue for me too. Was expecting it to be much louder. Don’t rely on reviews, drive it yourself and make your own determination.
Porsche/Rennlist, duh. Did you actually buy and take delivery of ANY Porsche vehicle yet?
Ahhh right, so just BS like everything else you spew out on these forums.
I'm confused at why you're asking a question I've already answered multiple times, perhaps you have comprehension problems, would certainly explain a lot. I've been pretty active in the Official waiting room/Dealer Allocation threads for some time now, and have been pretty clear that my incoming GT4 is my first Porsche. If you can find a single post from me that says otherwise, feel free to call me out.
Oh and it's currently 2 weeks away from birthing at my local port, expecting to have the car before the end of May
I love it when the two local idiots battle it out.
Not exactly sure what this is about. Was purely asking for him where his info about more 4RS's being made than Gt4's came from, another member also seemed interested.
And like every other thread, the clown then seems to ask the same question about whether I have a car or not
It’s just wishful thinking BS from a guy who dreams of a bargain GT4RS.
It’s 14 months left of GT4RS production. The US missed out of MY22 production. Porsche have had constrains on all its production due to Covid-19 and the Stalin-wanna-be in Moscow and finite production will be far less than the 7000 cars AP dreamt of in 2021 before all really went to hell in the world.
Financial troubles means less cars sold and thereby produced, not more. Just as with 964RS and CGT which were also hit with recessions, and now sky rocketing, the GT4RS will also reach for the sky in future values.
Is there any difference in cabin sound between the carbon intake and plastic intake?
Maybe with the windows down as the outside intake features a scope on the CF version so "maybe" the sounds gets amplified or changes tone? Wouldn't know as I haven't tested a 4RS non-WP
