Dang and here I was sticking to under 4k during run-in. Mine needed 1 quart of oil top up at 560 miles.

How’s the PDK in these when you roll to a stop? Smooth? A bit jerky?

On cold start the transmission stays in first a little longer than expected- probably trying to get heat as quickly as possible into everything.
It is a touch more jerky than a regular 992 PDK, but in the RS it is accompanied by the sound of the engine which really sounds purposeful compared again to the 992 engine.
Once warmed up the PDK is as smooth as anything else in the Porsche range when going slow speeds. Docile like a kitten on light to no throttle.

I concur with Hwy.

On my GT4RS, the only difference I notice campared to other PDKs I've owned is the transmission tends to stay in slip or neutral mode longer until I add in some RPMs. So for example, if I enter the car and put it in forward going up a slight incline it tends to roll back until I add some throttle. Same thing when transittioning from reverse to forward, there is a moment of neutral slip to be aware.

Same here. One quart of oil needed at 500 or so miles. Was told that was normal.

I needed to give mine about 1 liter of oil at around 600km. The dealer had given me a heads up that might be needed so wasn't totally surprised...

Dang, I didn't know about potentially needing to add a liter of oil. I'm 600 miles into break-in. I'll check ASAP. This is the part of Rennlist I love. ;-)

I would recommend that you get familiar with the various gauges that can show you conditions that you might want to know about BEFORE a warning message pops up!

Remember to get C40 grade Mobil1 oil. Not the normal A40
