Question:
For those of you who got your cars already... is the Bose option a must? I mean, can you even really hear it? can I get away by skipping it for this build? thoughts?
I DD my 3rs and taking phone calls was toughhhhhh to hear.
But I imagine it would be a lot harder with 4 or 5 speakers then the like 10 it had with bose haha. At 160k, whats 1k? and IF you use the radio ever, you'' proly need those 10 speakers over the stock 6 or whatever it is.
And yeah I want a pumpkin SO BAD, like a throw back to the good ole 997.1 3rs which I think is the coolest color combo of ANY 3rs ever made in my own eyes, even better than anything I have owned
needs the GT3rs on the side in big letters tho hahaha EDIT: GT4RS ON THE SIDE

Quick intro:
my name is Sander, living in The Netherlands and currently own a tuned 981 GT4: Tuning results 981GT4
I bought pretty much the same Guards Red GT4RS as pictured above with WP, PCCB, ClubSport, Lift etc
Production date currently 10th August 2022 but could change I guess
In Europe many GT4RS have been delivered and I post them on Dutch_Porsche_GT4RS (instagram)
I’ll post a few pictures of customer cars here and look forward to exchange ownership stories!
I started a GT4RS club in The Netherlands so if you collect your car at the factory come over and visit us please!
If you live in The Netherlands please PM

Same spec that I have coming hopefully in November, except with black calipers.
I brought my GT4 back to stock and I'm curious, do the clear front side markers from the 718 GT4 fit on the GT4RS? It looks like it's the same part on the Suncoast website.

They should fit, since they didn’t bother to flare the front fenders (wish they had to fit stock wheels wider than 8.5” which would have been very nice on track).
I think they only redesigned those lights on the 991 GT2/3 RS, due to the front flares…

Agreed,......the flare would have been nice since they had to redesign the front fender in CFRP. But then 9" and a slightly wider tire helps it get closer to a GT3....
From the below picture one can see that the tire's inside sidewall virtually lines up even with the listed wheels and their respective different offsets and width. The tire size is the same.
From the tirerack:
A tire measured on a narrower rim width than the measuring rim width has a slightly skinnier section width as a result. The reverse is true also, where if the tire is mounted on a wider wheel width, the section width is slightly wider. The accepted industry's rule of thumb to quantify this change is, for every half inch change in rim width, the tire’s section width will change by approximately 2/10".
Tirerack lists the section width for a N1 MPSC2/DSMR2 tire as 9.8" on a 8.5" wide wheel. This would now be 10" on a 9" wide wheel.
The additional wheel width and section width will flatten the tread profile a little making it less rounded with the same tire pressure.
Taking into account that the GT4RS front track width was increased by 3mm per side the wider wheel tire combo should still fit without any issue.

Yes...I think using a 9" on the front is possible given it's only 3 mm wider. Here you have two photos I took recently during my visit to the DR dealer.
The one you see my shoes is the rear.
