I've been angling for one by offering GT4Rs allocation in exchange.. an even longer shot than my wife saying yes to me when I proposed - Total surprise if it happens. It's gonna be very very hard for many, most of us.

Heck, at this point, I should just be grateful if my spyder April delivery date holds. lol Fun fun.

Thanks for the response/info.
Well... I don't know how to react given my stature as a guppy in the Porsche buying architecture, I have bought a few new ones but nothing like some of the locals I know and certainly nothing like a 918 even before they doubled in price!

I am fortunate enough to have a beautiful 718 Spyder so I am not suffering in any way, but the allure of Spyder RS sent me off on the dream tour all over again. But if the production numbers are that low then my odds are only slightly better then winning the lottery, I will say this, if I did manage to get one you would see me every where in it because these cars are meant to be driven!

Interesting catch. Looks like it might be the case and if so, looks like it's cutting the difference between the current GT4 and the GT4 PCCB size with the irons. Wonder if the PCCB option will be from the 992 GT3 then?

Question

Rennlist members,

(1) ..... What's going to be interesting to me is who on Rennlist will actually end up with this New GT4RS ???

(2) .... And out of those, who will actually be Driving those much less Hard-Tracking them ???

It looks like the center piece of the RS splitter is also longer and has strakes on the bottom that the GT4 doesn't have. More downforce on the front to balance with the wing out back. It will be my pleasure to scrape this on my driveway if I get one.

Sorry. I didn't know that. ...I guess not that interesting then if that is known knowledge.

Wish there would be a Track day variant of that new Clubsport but seems not this time around.

It’s similar to GT4 looking from the rear, so if the intake is actually wider, they must had a wider body to achieve that.
