What else could you call it?? It's about the most accurate definition possible. Few if any cars are so track ready which you can wake up in the morning in your garage, "turn the key" drive to to the track and have a perfect day?

Let's not be pedantic, RS models are exactly that.

I would call it a turnkey track car. I would call something like a Cup car or GT4 clubsport a turnkey racecar.

It's a street legal car that is track day ready for weekend warriors. It's not even close to a 'turnkey race car'. In what class would a stock RS race - and not get destroyed?

You can get RS cars with a full rollcage, one piece bucket seats and harnesses that you can drive from the dealership to national level tarmac rallies etc .... thats a turn key racing car, definitely not a daily

I rather like the wheel design.

I haven’t spent any time in the 992 GT3 forum - personally too depressing. Does anyone know if they changed the caliper design? Still using those crappy *** ceramic pucks?

Oh boy, that's funny.. I specifically said I know nothing and only occasionally will confirm something. You're just being antagonistic and this is exactly why I've reduced my posting. I know it's the nature and sport of a forum to get combative, but If you think I'm bragging when I probably share a fraction of what I could and do it nicely and cautiously. Look, I'm wrong, you're right, the RS is nothing like a turnkey track car, race car.. whatever precise definition you choose is right. Seems to me a lot of bitterness caused by people not getting cars they want or having to pay over for them. And I agree that would suck... but stillC play nice no?
