No changes expected/planned/dreamed in my head so I’ll call it quits and consider the order locked. I just hope it »locks » to v250 a bit earlier than june 12th and I gain a couple of weeks of driving in august (expected delivery date as of today is august 21st). Early august would be cool!

V250 is irrelevant as it relates to the purchaser. I probably could find out what that status means, but I've never tried to because there is no reason to. It has something to do with process at the factory, and it's not necessarily related to making changes to the build. If I had to guess, V210 is a PCNA thing, and V250 is a PAG thing. It's confusing because if your SA sent you a screenshot, you'll see next to V250 it reads "vehicle fixed". However you'll also notice, that V210 is no where on that tracking screen at all. That tracking screen is being pulled from PAGs servers, not PCNAs - what you see there is the same as what workers inside the factory see.
I am a Porsche SA, going on 8 years with the brand now.

My SA told me that V250 meant they were actually ordering parts for the build, hence absolutely no changes to the build at that point.

V210 is the change freeze point - the date after which no changes can be made. The possibility exists that changes may still be made after the V210 date, but that is the exception, not the rule - and if that is the case, it's day by day from there. It could be 1 additional day that you can make changes, 2 or 3 days at max. If you can make changes to a build with V210 status 7 days after the V210 date, something is going on at the factory - the production schedule may get revised, there could be an uncertainty as to materials/parts shortage when your car is expected to go into production (gotta love Just in Time manufacturing) - stuff like that. Trust me - DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, assume that you will be able to make changes after the V210 date. This is my subjective estimate, it's by no means fact - 95% - 98% of the time, you CANNOT make changes beyond the V210 date.

My build went V260 May 29, expected was June 5. So ahead of schedule. Rest of the dates are unchanged but I suspect they should move up in due course provided there are no issues.
V900 7/31 at the moment.

And the local dealer wonders why it can’t build relationships.
Interested in a 2021 GT4? Custom build slot available, $20,000 over MSRP.
Ridiculousness. I’m thankful for another dealership up north that doesn’t do ADM.

My Spyder is supposed to land in Halifax last Friday June 5th. Waiting for the updates on the system dates in the morning. Supposed to hit dealership on Jun 19th.
Are there any spyder delivered in the GTA area? I think I will be first at my dealership.
