I placed a demand order with a local dealer (Cincinnati OH) in Aug 12 for a GTS 4.0 build. He emailed me yesterday saying they have a GTS 4.0 allocation and if I was interested. I politely declined as I was fortune to come across a new 2022 GTS 4.0 in late August at a dealer in CT and purchased that car at MSRP + $15K (but included PPF, ceramic, 3 years of Porsche service and a built in K40 radar/laser system). Way faster than I thought the process would be compared to others experiences I've read on here. No discussion about pricing.

Have you not been reading the forums for the last several months? Everyone is not in agreement on this. There are several folks who refute this information.

So yeah I could see it. It just jerks people around. Once the cars aren't on the configurator, then yeah they'll be out of production, until then I would assume a MY23.
I think you missed my point. I'm one of the ones who have been told by their dealer their is NO more GT4 or Spyder allocations after MY23, and I 100% believe them. There had been confirmations from people on this forums that they were refunded their deposits because their are no more allocations coming. My point was, why would a dealership be refunding deposits if they knew there were more allocations coming? That doesn't benefit them in any way.

The shady dealerships that aren't being upfront with their customers about no more allocations are the ones that will benefit, whether that be to try hold customers deposits for longer while accruing interest, or they are holding onto a couple of allocations until the very end to try create some kind of ADM bidding war, which again is only U.S dealerships AFAIK.

I am sorry, but I just had to post this video with this meme

"fair" (ignoring the fact the car is 3 years old and referring to its MSRP like it is brand new from the factory)

I hear you, I guess we'll see what happens. I hope whoever wants one gets one. And to those that have em, enjoy them, they look great to drive.

Unfortunately that still won't be enough for some. It has to be on an official Porsche letterhead and delivered personally by Andreas Preuninger.

There's no mention of SRS on there!!! I guess they don't include models pre-announce...?

Looks like GT car production (assuming the 50 year edition is put out by the GT division)

My dealer has a GT4RS allocation available. June build. Pretty hefty ADM but about standard for Bay Area dealers. I think they are also requiring a trade-in. I passed as the ADM pushes it out of my budget, but if anyone is interested, message me and I can put you in touch with my sales guy.

Default Cayman T

Hi All--

I am looking for a Cayman T allocation. I am in CA. If you can help, please let me know.

Is there any news of 982 production in Osnabruck? Seems like this would improve our collective situation.

Happy New Year!
