Maybe all of your cars got on that boat too, no? Let's hope so. They don't always update on time. I got my first notification a week later. My new order will for sure take longer to arrive, since it's scheduled to start production in a week. The other car is probably finished by now, and on its way to the port (or already there), just like @Kram71's car, and others. The other critical part is the ship's schedule. Some stop like city buses, and if they stop in Mexico, before heading to Freeport, TX, even worse. But once you guys have the name of the ship, you can obtain tracking and stop information, I think.

Good morning to all, my GTS is now at Emden waiting for its ride to Freeport TX. Progress! I hope we all can catch one of the first ships out without a detour to Mexico. Keeping up with the stages of production, shipping and etc, is like watching a turtle stampede. Good things will come to those with patience.

I’m still holding production complete from 8/20! Yikes!
Let’s hope, like some of you say, mine is actually on a ship somewhere and they forgot to update my TYD!

Volkswagen’s management is expected to lay out its plans before about 18,000 workers at a town hall meeting in Wolfsburg on Wednesday morning, amid speculation that the carmaker could push to close sites in Osnabrueck in Lower Saxony and Dresden in Saxony.

I've seen both Osnabrueck and Zuffenhausen mentioned where 781s are made. Is it both? Or just Osnabrueck? Curious about that. I'm going to research what's going on, since this is news to me. Hope it doesn't impact production and/or quality. My '25 car hasn't been produced yet.

My car has left Emden. Haven't heard from SA on which ship. Siem Cicero is the most likely. Several others Elbe Highway and Thames Highway tend to go to England and Spain, I can't recall these ships going to North American ports. If you are taking delivery in TX, you (we) may have our new toys a little earlier. The Cicero is making a stop at the Netherlands in several days. She's on the way! WOOF WOOF AHH AH AH AH Enjoying this update with an appropriate German pilsner. Cheers
