There is nothing so special about Gentian Blue. There are about six of these for sale right now. Frozen blue, mamba green etc. are rare. But are more sought after anyway.

Wow, I actually got an update on my TYD for the Taycan...today the status changed to arrived at Emden port (10/21) and then it should be on a ship on 11/18. Hopefully that means the battery got installed.

if i remember correctly, your order is with a VA dealer right? so your import port is gonna be baltimore...

this is interesting because my car is also supposed to be on the ship by 11/18, but it has not entered production yet. it currently shows a prod complete date of 11/11. if this is (stays) accurate, our cars could be shipmates....

Yeah the car is from Arlington Porsche but I'm taking delivery at PECLA so the car will actually go through the Houston port on its way to PECLA. The car was sitting in "in transit" status since the production was completed on 8/30. It's scheduled to arrive at the Houston port on 12/9 and at PECLA on 12/23. I confirm with the dealer that I can pay for the car once it leaves the port.

New to the forum. I was offered a dealer configured 2023 Taycan GTS on Sep 1st @ MSRP, based on TYD, car will be at SoCal dealer December 2nd. This seems too smooth compared with forum members Taycans. Lets hope TYD don't lie.....please no holds and keep rolling.....

09/13, Freeze Point Reached
09/26, Scheduled for Production
10/17, Start Production
10/20, Production Completed - CP8.0
10/20, Ready for Transport
10/21, In Transit to Emden Port
10/28, Estimated Arrival Emden Port (CURRENT STAGE)
12/01, Estimated @ Dealer (Southern California)

That would be amazing timing. I hope they can get you something that fast. TYD first told me I would have my Taycan in June and I have been in "Estimated Arrival Emden Port" since my "Production was Completed" in July.

That was pretty quick, my build froze in June and went into production in July and didn't finish until 8/30 and then it was en transit to Emden until 10/21 so now it's supported to be on a ship on 11/18.

Well, it has arrived at Emden Port...Estimated 10/28, Actual 10/24. Now estimated On Vessel date as 10/28.

I think I'm getting a Taycan for early Christmas....

Does anyone have an ST that’s out of Emden and on a boat? Mines been there for ages. Considering giving up.

Mine took 7 weeks to get to Emden from the factory after being completed and has only been there for 4 days so far.

Last year during the same period a lot of gt3s were stuck at ports and having delays. There was some sort of tire pressure monitor shortage.

There came a period where big numbers of gt3s started moving finally.

I feel like the same thing is happening with Taycans right now. Whatever they were waiting on has finally arrived and cars in numbers are getting shipped out. I anticipate in the next couple weeks we’ll see 2013s stateside.

I get that it feels that way… curious if anyone has one currently on a boat to verify it.
