Delivery delays

Team!
I have a C4GTS Cab about to lock in 6 days. I am hoping for a Burmeister. I originally chose Bose, but was told that Bose was causing delays. So I got my head and heart set on the Burmeister. But now I heard that Burmeister may be an even longer delay? Anyone have any news or know of a thread/forum that discusses this?
Thanks so much. I'm salivating, and now approaching depression if this holds things up.... First world problems, I know.... But I have been waiting for this car for 46 years....

I had mentioned there that Burmester is unavailable until February builds, the configurator still allows you to add it, but it will drop out of your order.

I got a note that my GTS was delivered to the port and should be on the 11/18 out of Emden headed to RI. The timing is amazing since I had just given up on it actually getting here this year and purchased another GTS that I found in MI. Looks like I will have one for sale in the next few months. I guess when it rains, it pours.

It’s a 2023. Good luck to you, keep us updated on progress. Looks like a lot of ships leaving over next few weeks.

OP update:
Home safe and sound for almost 2 weeks now. 600+ miles on the odo. Worth the wait (about a year from deposit to delivery).
She’s a beast with multiple personalities.
The Lamb: Commuting in Range Mode and Adaptive CC is about as stress-free as it can be. Very quiet in the cabin (sound-insulated glass option) with options for engaging music (TIDAL via Burmester). VERY comfortable seats, very stable and solid ride. 80+ mile commute a breeze (PLUS I get to use the HOV lane…).
The Wolf: Pleasure driving in Sport Plus, she practically jumps forward when you drop the hammer! Haven’t tried Launch Mode yet but just going pedal to the floor from a rolling start is certainly a thrill a minute! Goes around curves as if she were on rails. Miles of smiles.
So keep the faith all ye faithful. Yours will arrive in due course and you will not regret the wait.
Home Sweet Home

More pics please, especially in daylight and interior. My Cherry GTS just hit freeze point last week and supposed to have a 12/23 build completion. Mine has Atacama/Basalt interior plus Paldao. I almost chose Truffle but I was worried that it did not have enough contrast

Was 3 weeks short of a year for me from deposit to delivery. I encourage patience. The driving experience over the last 3 weeks has been remarkable. A terror in S+ on twisty-windie country roads. Launch control might require anti-emetic premeds for some - 1.1 horizontal G's - and in Range Mode commuting, in stop& go congestion and adaptive CC, docile as a lamb with classical music calming through the Burmester and sound-insulating glass. Pretty damn near perfect. If I want noise I will drive the '96 993tt with Fister sport exhaust or the 991.2 GTS with PSE!

foxj0001, Still>>>More pics please, especially in daylight and interior. My Cherry GTS just hit freeze point last week and supposed to have a 12/23 build completion. Glad to hear that you are enjoying it so much. I can't wait.
