Changes all the time. Who knows what will be around next month. CPO cars go fast and prices went up over summer. They will likely come back down here soon.

Check Sonic automotive sight regularly. It will search all of their lots. They gave great prices generally. I looked earlier and did not see any CPO 997s. We are getting to the point we will see less and less as these cars are getting older.

The fact that they are still CPO 996.2s speaks volumes. Have not seen a 997.1 CPO is a while.

call and make offers on some in the $60k range. Who knows. They may take upper $50s.

That one went on ebay at the same time, but the listing is cancelled.

Yeah, doesn't seem legitimate at all. Priced way too low IMO.

I recently purchased a 2010 C2S MT with 28,000 miles CPO for $57k. The car is black on black, super clean and nicely optioned. I stalked the Porsche NA site for months before it popped. Since then, I've seen the inventory on 997.2 C2S/C4S CPO go as high as 6 or 7 listed down to 0. You just have to be patient and check literally twice a day or more. They come and go FAST. You'll find one all day $55-59k if you wait. Just be prepared for it to be nowhere near you, have paint meter pics sent, schedule PPI and pull trigger fast. Good ones especially the ones priced right won't last more than a day or two before somebody sends in a credit app to secure the car.

Good luck!!

May not be a bargain and/or deal but certainly a very unique and interesting PTS color I've never seen on a 997.

PTS is nowhere near that - it was probably closer to $7500. Definitely unique and deserving of a premium IMO.

That car without the paint is worth $30K less. Maybe $25K less. He is trying to get $80K because of the color.

Ahh, misunderstood. In any case, quite wishful thinking on the sellers part. Hopefully they find that right buyer out there....

I've been back in the US for about a month and my search for a PTS 997 has turned up precious little. I would be all over that Aetna Blue car if they were anywhere in the realm of reality on their asking price. If anybody knows of a PTS car, preferably in non-metallic blue, please let me know. My rental car coverage is up next week.
