Agreed. I have tried to deal on a few lately and it feels like the market has come down a bit, but many sellers (dealers) have already overpaid to take them in and movement is slight.

I really like the Nordic Gold color. Should it worry someone that this car has been for sale for 6 months? Would the color be holding it back? Mileage at 66k but only a 2 owner car. Seems to be an ok deal if you can get it for $45k.

Anyone have any pricing input on this car? I inquired a couple weeks back and they were willing to come $2-3k off their list price. Personally, I think that is a bit high even for a CPO car due to the mileage at 37k. I can almost guarantee it is closer to 38k as well now with people test driving it and dealer employees driving it home and such. Although CPO is a nice to have, I was planning on putting a fidelity warranty on any car, so the difference between doing say a 4 year Fidelity Warranty and a 6 year is maybe $2-3k. Would rather get a car for much less not being CPO and put a warranty on it for $6-8k. Also if I drove the car for 2 years while waiting for the CPO to expire I would be over 40k miles which would increase warranty pricing quite a bit. I guess my main issue is that this is getting into 997 GTS territory at this price. As well as super nice spec 997 C2S with low miles and even 30-40k mile 991's, including C2S.

Anybody around there who can look it up for me or suggest a good PPI place?

Ok, glad that you agree. Just seems quite pricey for a car with higher miles. It does have full leather but thats about the only thing it has going for it and at that price just seems like you would be better off with many other cars.

I'm in the Phoenix area about 100 mi from the car in prescott, I dont know of anywhere to get a ppi up there but there are plenty of places in Phoenix, the two I have experience with and would recommend are:
Stuttgart SouthWest in Tempe, (480) 968-6764
McIlvain Motors http://www.mcilvainmotors.com/

Thanks, I had similar thoughts. Even with CPO, I was thinking max at $60k. If it had 18 ways, I would maybe go in a bit higher, but not worth it for me at that price. Search continues!

I've been watching it for a month or so; guessing the "other damage" on CarFax might be an issue. Thinking of going to PHL to check it out - if I do I'll report back online.
