Oh, I was thinking there are new foams available somewhere. I'm in the process of refurbishing a pair of 924 Carrera GT seats with original materials and I was wondering if I could find new foam for them.

I was unable to find new foam when I re-did my early sport seats. I made spot repairs by cutting out square chunks of damaged foam and gluing in new pieces of similar-density foam, then cutting the new foam to shape.

If you do manage to find a source for new foam, I would definitely like to know where you find it! Especially the thigh bolsters. I did a pretty good job repairing the seat back bolsters, but the design of the thigh bolsters doesn't really lend itself to the same technique.

Got my engine back together but not ready to put back into the car. I'm second guessing my assembly of the oil cooler (86 n/a). I don't think I got the cooler seated in the housing correctly, so I may order another seal kit and try again.

It's a good day when:
1. You go out for groceries, and
2. Just by chance you stop by the breakers yard down the road, and
3. For the first time in two years they have a 944, and
4. You spot sports seats, and
5. An LSD trans, and
6. You have your toolbox in the car, and
7. They tell you they want $200 for the seats and $250 for the trans.

I got groceries and a lottery ticket at the grocery store when I was done.

The light pattern for these looks like this for left hand drive, driving on the right side of the street. The cut off steps up at the right side.

Europe H4 lights would look like this.
