That's ok, it will give your mechanics more time to set the car up for next week's race!

It's actually really simple. More time on the right pedal, less time on the left.

Nothing, really ! This is a momentum track, you need to work on your lines and keep maximum speed into the turns, and they're are quite a few fast turns on this track, mostly on the long track section after you leave the Club circuit. And for the slower turns don't forget this: you're better slow-in, fast-out !!!

Are you flat-out through the long right and then left hander that lead into the straight at the back of the track? (before the hairpin that goes to the chicane)

Guess I have to work on my lines!

If you're talking of the two fast rights at the beginning of the long track portion, not always....When everything is OK the first right is flat but the second one is flat with one downshift before...

Special thanks to Michel944 for helping prep me for the Mugello re-race tomorrow! While following him around the track and listening to him instruct my shifts and corners my lap time was 1 second faster than my previous best lap... according to him we were "just cruising"! I guess it goes to show how much of a difference it makes being smooth and in control rather than "fighting" the car around the corner!

My pleasure porscheonut ! It reminded me of my "good ol' days" where I instructed dozens of guys on real tracks. I used that same technique in Formula Ford schools, with a student following me for two laps and then moving out of the way for the next one to follow again for two laps, etc. The best way to learn a track.

Before that we also did a 7 lap race at Mugello with porscheonut and myself in RSR's and CDN_WOLF and xxdamnYankee in Corvettes. To my surprise I beat my own, and also the best lap of the race that we did there the other day, with a 1:47.81 !

Now is it my home made Sunoco livery who gave me wings or what ?

Bad news... after all that practice last night I don't think I can make it for 7pm tonight!
