Yes the car really does push with front aero damage. I have the same problem and the only thing I can do it not damage it. Last night I also came 2nd and was doing 1:51's. I could have taken the lead turning the first lap but I decided not to risk damaging the aero and let Monster take the lead.
I would have lost it eventually anyways, but at least the car wasn't pushing the whole race had it got damaged trying to get by him.
I right foot brake, and my pedals are like pressing on a real brake pedal but I remember when I used to left foot brake with the xbox wheel. The pedal had no sensitivity range at all and I would run lower brake pressure to compensate for it.
I think that tune should work for the next track as well. Though for Lemans I'll send you another tune.

Thanks very much for looking into the PS10 Group buy. I am interested in knowing what the price might be but I am not sure if I will buy now or perhaps in the spring.
