I don't know if it's how I've set the view angle for cockpit view, but I find it hard to make out the track transitions in certain areas because of weird shadows.

GT1 Results
I went to check damage and hit the pause button, which resulted in my car going straight into a wall and getting 80% damage. I pitted and it didn't fix anything. Went around the track again and pitted for the 2nd time and was able to complete the race doing 1:28's

I was settling for 2nd place at best before the start, but thanks to Greg's problems the yellow and black "New Man" RSR had a pretty good day !!!
During the whole race I only had two small rubs along a wall on driver's side, only "gentle" licks...That helped me get a good result. It was really an entertaining race for the Porsche trio ! In the first half granger968 and me were playing cat and mouse !

I finished the race without a front or rear bumper. I was the lone Porsche... and yeah, there was a little rubbin' in GT2. CDN_wolf and I had quite the battle for a few laps and I was half a lap from getting past the 2nd place finisher. Fun but long.

Guys ... I have reviewed each race results, and from that I have revised my spreadsheet ... so these are the "Official Results" for each race ... followed by the Overall Standings.

* Note: For the Mid-Ohio Race - I thought we had more GT2 cars than we had ... Brad would have been able to run with us, Michel is officially in GT1 ... so what I did for the race is I removed 22 seconds from each of the GT1 drivers because of the need for a Pit Stop (they ran with simulated damage.)

Great Race today Phil ... although, you were such a gentleman, you kept letting me back into the race!
Maple Valley is a tough track, you get a bit off line, and the track seems to reach out, and pull you right off the track ... there really is not a place on the track where you can relax!
Next Week: MOSPORT! ... too bad we can't really race on the virtual track!

Sounds like a great race in both GT1 and GT2 this week, I'm sorry I missed it! Sending my xbox in tomorrow (if UPS is open on family day) and hopefully will be back on track for next Sunday!

Well, now that I bought different liveries for the GT3 RSR on the market I decided to get my hands dirty and make one up myself ! I was inspired A LOT by one of my best memories, the Penske / Donohue Sunoco RSR from the 1973 24 hrs of Daytona ! I put my own touch but you'll get the idea....
