NZ911, Did you mention food............and free? in the same sentence?
What time you want me there?
Tania, the next planned "run" is likely to be the weekend after Bathurst. You're more than welcome to join us.

They're coming!! Still on the camera though. A beautiful day with 16 cars. A long soak in the hot pools means I'm beat. Will try to get them up tomorrow night.

We got a fantastic spring day of about 20 degrees. As usual with a PCNZ function a great and diverse group of people. Most headed off to a pre-arranged wine tasting after lunch. With a 7 year old on board we were always headed to the hot pools!!

Thanks! I wasn't expecting such a large feature...let alone the centrefold
Peter asked if I could write something and once I got started, well........
I've got just over 65000km on my car now...maybe 68? Makes an embarrassingly few km per year, but I've enjoyed every single one!
Cheers

And here is another kiwi. I currently live in Hong Kong. My very heavily modified for the track 996 GT3 resides in the US however. It's not as bad as it sounds. I'm in the US regularly on business and manage to do an event in the car every couple of months. The plan is to ship it back to NZ next year to participate in the Bridgestone series (now that they've changed the rules to allow GT3's to compete) and/or the GT1/GT2/NZGT series.

A quick drive......
Three of nine cars out side the Cafe we went to today. A little rain but mostly sunny drive on the back roads to The Muddy River Cafe near Thames. Good food, even better company.
The four Alfa's who were supposed to join us didn't turn up.........or maybe they wouldn't start!
I won't mention 993's..............
