Unless the driver is the Magnificent, The One and Only or as AW calls him, "The One". He brings 1 sec per sector. Unless SV is in front, in that case he backs off so Seb can pull more than a 1 sec gap before the DRS zones. He would not want to chance hitting the training wheels during an overtaking event. Oh yeah, and the vig has been paid.
