I tell you what. SuperSpeedway draft packs are a BLAST. They just ran the trucks on Talledega for the first time and I got a heck of a pull through a lap and ended up with the fifth best time overall on the boards. At least for a couple of minutes while everyone else catches up and then passes.

 

iRacing just announced that the Williams FW31 will be coming later this year.

 

Wonder when they will do the NJMP tracks?

Like em or not, they are two of the main tracks both NASA and PCA uses each year here in the NE! Personally, I like them in my car!

 

Last I heard they were waiting on the tracks to be officially finished before they did a lot of the work on the track. I'm sure Kevin can tell us more.

 

Is there a race tonight? I'm trying to plan out my evening.

 

There is an official race at 8:30PM EST in SRF's at Watkins Glen! I may hit it, maybe Vito too!

 

I'll try to make it in as well. I like the SRF SO much more than the Solstice.

 

Joe - is a 2:12 possible in a real SRF at the Glen? I can't do it, but I see some guys can..

 

Track Record is a 2:13.9.

That ends up being the same situation for most of the tracks. The Iracers are able to get just a bit below the real track records.

right now I'm a 2:15 in the game. Looking forward to running it in real life at some point.

 

I'm right with you, i'll look for ya at 8:30. Still haven't figured out how they split the groups up if a lot sign up...

 

They split them based on Irating so theoreticallly the racing is closer. The tough part is when you first are elgible for an Irating you start at 1600 and you may not be as good as the rating makes you out to be.

 

I knocked that rating down pretty quick...
