I've got a $90 Logitech Momo wheel clamped to my desk. It's all my poor student budget can afford. I'd love a G27 though...

Regular desktop here as well with a G25.

A place I work with has a couple of different 'chassis' setups which are pretty nice. The Fanatec is the nicer of the two. The chassis is about 1000 and can handle three screens, comes with a nice seat, etc.

The three other guys I set up near me have the same setup as me also, though one may end up with a seat/frame setup before long. C'mon in Joe!

...My Fanatec chassis was about $1,700.00...and then I customized it...G25w/Momo wheel, Perfect Pedal drop in brake pedal...etc.

Thanks again for a great race... sorry to have caused a decent amount of carnage. That circle track was a lot of fun. First time on an oval... that was some fun racing. Took me most of the race to figure out where to look, turn-in points, how to get the car to rotate, etc... by then end I was getting the hang of it and turned a few semi-respectable laps. I'm definitely up for another run at Lanier soon. I was having some issues with my mic as well... the computer would lock up repeatedly when I had chat enabled. I'll have to work on that tonight.

That wreck with me at lap 52 was 100% my fault Glen. I saw you going inside and I planned letting you by and executing a crossover re-pass but my timing was off when I came down to the apex and just caught your rear bumper. I knew there was only two minutes left and you were laps down, smart move would have been not to play around and just cruise to the win....

I'll be there - haven't driven the Jetta much, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes.

I'll be there. Love the Jetta although I've only run it at VIR

Everyone got a LOT better as the race and practice went on. It became much tougher to gain time on people. I've had the benefit of doing a lot of circle track recently to give me a bit of an edge.

Yeah, after I got taken out you were sitting pretty good I don't think I was going to make up the 12ish seconds I was behind you in those last 8 laps.

Fun race last night guys! I had a great battle with Gary M for about 27 of the 30 laps! Let's get some more Rennlisters to join us so we can fill up the track with cars!

Had the makings of a great race, 8(?) cars all within .8 seconds in qualifying! I had a dizzying rollover after nicking the wall near the bridge, called it a night after that. At one point early on I think I saw you two up ahead of me on no-name and was running my fastest laps of the night.. was being the key word.

It was a great race. I had an oops just under the bridge on the opening lap and had slowly made my way back up to fourth and then had a good race with Sean and on the last lap I went checkers or wreckers to get a good run into and through the downhill for a pass. I ended up wreckers.....

That was a great race! I had a lot of fun fighting hard with Kevin for the whole race, looking for a way to get by. Unfortunately I had to throw it off the track in the last corner of the last lap so as to not punt Kevin out of the lead when we came upon slower wrecked traffic on the line that I wasn't expecting, but that's racing - overall, more fun than I've had on iRacing in a long time.

It was a great race, and a well-deserved win by Kevin - I'm already looking forward to the next one!
