While RedBull vertical inlets may look the same as Mercedes "zero sidepod" design, the RedBull still employs the same bulging sidepods from the past couple of years. It was the Mercedes lack of sidepods that ruined that car's performance not the vertical air inlet.

Taking these glimpses of facts and innuendo at face value, if the allegations are true there would be every incentive for this women to make her claim "official" in a bid to get more money/justice.
My prediction is that she goes away with a larger amount of money, Horner issues some kind of half-baked mea culpa, and life goes on. In a few years, when most of the money is spent and she doesn't fear the NDA as much, she will go on the talk show circuit, or grant an exclusive interview, and we will learn her side of the story.
Nah, she'll just take all that money and run, and delight in the fact that ol' Christian has to deal with Geri. Could be a fate worse than death.
Perhaps this is all gamesmanship and the cars which we will see in Bahrain during tomorrow's official test will look different. And perhaps each team's cars will look different from Wednesday to Friday.
My guess is Sir Adrian found the next 1 sec advantage in the RB20 and it's going to be a beat down again this year. Everyone seems to have copied the RB19 and Red Bull shows up with what looks to be a completely different car. Looks like he knows something the other treams don't.
Pleased that Lando sprung nearly to the top after missing morning running and after almost no laps.
Sainz has begun his auditions for a new job, that's good.
Same with Ricciardo...

I'm surprised at the gap but my guess is that 1 second advantage is a product of the RB19 being so dominant in 2023 that Newey didn't have to develop that car much during the season so he could focus on the 2024 car. IIRC, he said in a podcast that he thought he went to conservative on the RB19 and he would take more chances on the RB20. Couple that with what he observed and learned other team's develop in 2023, particularly McLaren, and you have the perfect "gap" for Newey to add to the RB20. Sergio gets in the car tomorrow so we'll see how he does compared to the field.
sainz to RB would be interesting, but audi will come calling in '26 - if we believe all that. sainz and verstappen could be a wildly dominate combo in the RB.
i just can't imagine MB having ANY interest in perez. albon or even alonso would make more sense to me.
