He means the camera circled in red, up on the building.

Here is the exact location of the gas tank on a 918 Spyder. It is the same general location as the Carrera GT's, except the latter doesn't have a large & heavy battery underneath it!

Ooh yeah, that camera would tell the whole story... unless it was aimed at the floor.

On the local news today, reports that the plastic Botts Dots on the pavement could have caused a hydroplane effect. This was the opinion of a few stunt drivers that studied the crash site, who were hired by the Walker Family.

It's all a big joke. Driving a reckless 90-100 in a 35 mph zone and that into a decreasing radius left hander is what killed them. Max corner speed might have been 65-70 under ideal conditions, I'm so sick of this ****.

They came from the other side. It was a sweeping right-hander then uphill slightly to the crash site.

I read today at German website that the car still had a rough speed of 160-170km/h during impact. Whether its reliable..we dont know...

Im thinking now, can someone with a C-GT go to this corner, take it with 45mph and post the video here?..I think that would end the discussion once and forever.....

Bottom line , the driver F' up big time and there are many similarities with the other deadly CGT crash in Fontana, both killed a passenger, both were reckless, both pushed way beyond their abilities aka talent/ skill cannot be bought, I bet my bottom dollar that Rodas had close calls before like the other guy who had loss of control in the canyons, doing burn outs in front of dealerships, spins out on the track on the day of the accident and instead of chilling out takes a passenger on board to show off.....

100 % avoidable deadly incidents if they would have kept their ego in check , end of story.

Paul Walker's car collection. A true car guy. You will be missed!

RIP

Don't pay attention to the fact that Farah is saying he's at AE performance. It's part of Paul Walker's collection, but at the time they shot this(1 year ago) they didn't want to reveal is Paul Walker's. BMW M1,about 7 E36 M3s,Sallens,Mustangs...ring a bell?

Dont think the Fontana incident was reckless driving. He was trying to avoid an Fcar coming out on track at least that's what I remember. Mike

actually the story was that the f car didn't proceed on track when he was told to go. his long delay then meant he went out at the wrong time. on top of that he entered the track too slowly and crossed the blend line.

the other major contributing factor was that the k walls were configured incorrectly.
