Porsche China is providing following two options to customer impacted by this issue.
1. Swap to a electric steering column later and 1 year extended warranty
2. CNY13800(~US$2000) voucher and 1 year extended warranty
Previously Porsche is providing no compensation and there are controversies about this. Under the pressure Porsche China reversed the course and provided compensations.
Porsche North America must do the right thing as well. It's simply a matter of principle.
Do you have a letter or some other proof of this? I only got $500, as did many others here.
I got a letter about two weeks ago for the $1000 on our 21 S stating they will pay in order of delivery through the end of this year 2022. We were a Oct 21 delivery. Hasn't missed the electric adjust, haven't moved it since delivery day.

I got my rebate letter directly from Porsche and had to bring the letter to the dealer, not the other way around. The letter came soon to me soon after my Macan was produced in the factory and long before the vehicle arrived for delivery.
