Day 17 so far for me. Dealer called and said transmissions were on backorder with no ETA.
Hope I can swap my Macan loaner for a Cayenne next week.
If this goes over a month, I'm going to ask for PEC credit.

This is obviously Trakcar's fault, as he encouraged me to line up with all the GT3RS's today after I bitched about all the traffic in the previous session, and I was trying to keep up.
Yes, all 3 were GT4 cars.
There are 2 gearboxes showing in inventory in the world, in Germany. It doesn't necessarily mean they really are "available".
Kind of sucks that I planned this 2 week trip and shipped my car out here from Texas for 2 weekends of PCA events at tracks that I've never been to, and I only got 1 day out of the trip.
At least I have 2 beer tickets in my pocket... time to go use them.

Has anyone pressured the dealer to cover sending the transmission to bill rader for a rebuild? I guess that would need some GT gear parts to be available as well.

hope the data base is being updated?? have a dealer send it to Porsche technical support Atlanta .it would be nice if they said what was happening and what is being done to correct it .

I think the data is that 2 were last week during Winterfest, and there was 1 today, mine... in a 2nd gear corner (turn 13) then upshifted to 3rd after the corner and nothing there... no noise, nothing... didn't engage at all, not for a second.
