Best Track Times in a GT4

Three Wheelin'
First time at SP in 2 years, Sat was mostly wet and cold. I ran all but the last session Sun on the old 235/295 setup. I wanted to heat cycle the new setup so took a guess on initial tire pressure and ran the last session with the 265 F. Temps were in the mid 50s and there was a lot of traffic so only got a few flying laps before a Black flag ended the session. I perceived more front grip and I set the fast lap then but the tires were new and at their best. I'm running WGI with Metro, I have lots of WGI data so will have better info after that.
Registration looks like it may still be open so maybe I am parlay this into 3 day event if the boss ok's it...she's grown to hate June as I have 4 events now in 3 weeks

I'm at WGI the 2 days before with Niagara...looks like a lot of GT4 clubsports registrred for the club races--do they run with red group before the race?

Ok, I'll play. Did a 1:55.10 at Oregon Raceway Park on 2017-04-09 counter-clockwise. Might be my favorite track with all the elevation changes and blind corners. Cup 2s, 33 psi front, 30 rear, stock except rear toe links for more camber. Running about -2.4 in front, -2.0 in back.

My second day in the car was still getting used to how it handles. I had never run the track in reverse so it was fun. Was able to run an identical time as you in your car. It is a great track. I know with a little more time in the car I could see shaving 3-5 seconds off the time. They are truly fantastic cars.

Here are a few of my clips from my session at Oregon's ORP in CCW. sdillon's time was fast in a street GT4 for sure. I will gladly give him the podium with our identical times. Next time I am out there I will be sure to crack the whip and shave a couple of seconds! I had a 1:55.10. 1:55.12, 1:55.55 and a 1:55.60.

Nice! Mean Joe is laying down the gauntlet! Challenge accepted, my friend. Unfortunately, it will be a while until I get another shot at it. I'm doing the 5 mile next time out at TH. So enjoy the top step while you can.
