Haha, nice.

Yeah, I'm seriously hoping PTS will be available. Even if it means I have to get a late build alloc (I'm very patient, so long as I actually get a car brand new).

Honestly I think it's Porsche throwing out a decoy to confuse us.
This blue Boxster car has also bigger brakes. Not the Cayman GT4 brakes.
It looks like 991 S brakes (340/330). Cayman GT4 seems to have GT3 brakes (380/380).

Normally all Porsche prototypes are black. This one is blue!
It could be a fake. But there is a video on youtube that shows this car on the nuerburgring 6 month ago (same licence plate, same color). In that case everything was stock 981 S. Maybe the engine was updated for testing.
Later they put the ducktail and the GT4 front bumper.

I have no clue. But several Porsche dealers confirmed that there will be a new Boxster model this year. Not the facelift. It could be a RS or a Spyder. Or a RS 60 Sypder. We had this some years ago on the 987...

According to the peeps in Germany via google translate:
"So, since today the Cayman GT4 is configurable for PZ's. All without images - only list and prices.
The trim levels are listed, what is missing is the base price - does not understand even the PZ.
Currently there are only the GT4 as a switch / 3,8L / 380 PS / Sports seats Plus / 20 "GT4 wheel (without tire size specification)."

Assuming "switch" means manual.

Goes along with my dealer has been saying for awhile now. Manual trans, 3.8 with 380 HP 20 inch rims. I just hoping there are a couple unique colors for the car and not just the basic cayman color palette.

They are trying to keep it under the 911 S numbers unfortunately.

And that means the Boxster version will be 10-20 less than the Cayman GT4. Sounding like a pass if true.

This is 100% consistent with what I have heard from a supposedly connected source. NA 3.8L 380 HP from the 991, stick shift ONLY.

PZ is short for "Porsche Zentrum" which means Porsche dealership.

Yes that means 370HP for the Boxster Spyder. And so far 15-20k more base price as the GTS and no PDK.

I will not use my option to change my order from Boxster GTS to Boxster Spyder.
