Bought it from this website:

Don't recommend if you live in a really hot climate like Arizona. The face may warp if the temp is above 100 degrees and you park in the sun with the windows up.

The Vette ranks a very respectable second in that clip!

718 GT4 PDK on BaT
I purchased a 718 PDK GT4 for a planned trip to Florida this winter while Rick was working on my 981 GT4. Bought it with 380 miles drove it to FLA. 5 track days at Sebring, a week in South Beach, some time in Fort Myers Beach. Home at the end of March and Rick delivered the 981 as promised. Couldn't be happier with with the Deman Motorsport GT4. However the PDK on the track is outstanding and I may have one in my future but for now going enjoy the 981 for a while longer So the 718 is for sale on BaT with the auction ending on the 13th. This would be a great car to send to Rick for the 4.5 upgrade.

Nicely done Jim! I like the way you roll.
I have a similar first world quandary....... I bought a completed 4.5L 981 GT4 from Rick in March and I love it. It is bat **** crazy and loads of fun.
I keep a 981 Boxster Spyder at my second home in the Pacific Northwest. Was just up there and drove the Spyder last week, and Holy Cow.... it suddenly feels like a friggin Honda Civic!!!! I need to fall back in love again!!
Enjoy your 4.5L in good health!

For 911 owners interested in doing this… Just got my 991.1 GTS back from Rick a few days ago. Still on my 1k break-in miles so haven’t really been able to drive it WOT or anything but… this thing is INSANE. If you’re even remotely on the fence give Rick a call and get this done. When people say it’s transformational they’re underselling it. This car now pulls harder in third at 2k than it did before in first. The sound is also crazy. With the valves open (I have an akrapovic titanium exhaust and FVD catted headers) it sounds like a cup car. No bad drone or anything with the valves closed.
I’ll post a full write up on the 991 subforum once the break in miles are complete and I’ve done my first oil change post conversion. But suffice it to say Rick and his team have turned my car into a sleeper GT3RS killer. I have ample time in a Ferrari 458 and this has every bit the excitement of that car.

Just finished up my second track day with my 981 Cayman S with Deman motor, it was also my first track day with this setup with Apex wheels and proper track rubber.
This machine is mental and an absolute weapon. So much power and performance but so well balanced. Exploring the limits is a joy as it is always perfectly controllable. As silly as it is, there is a fun little satisfaction of hunting down a Mclaren, GT4, GT3, and GT2RS with something that visually looks pretty standard, even if the exhaust note makes it clear it's something very special. My little sleeper Cayman was a hoot, everyone who took it for a spin was blown away.
