Correct, it started life as a 2014 Cayman S.

Has anyone had any issues with drive cycle / emissions readiness? I'm not having luck with 4 out of 8 of the readiness criteria. Tried doing the drive cycle several times and following the instructions closely. No luck so far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

4.5L Conversion
PDK Tune with Cobb
Fabspeed Headers with Cat.
Stock GTS exhaust

Unfortunately I’m also having trouble passing emissions due to OBD2 monitors not being ready even with 3000 miles on the engine. The car actually did pass emissions before with the stock 3.8L + bolt ons (Dundon race header) + Cobb OTS tune. I have to register the car in a state that doesn’t do emissions by December lol

Load the factory ECU tune and go for the proper drive cycle. It should set, then re-load 4.5 tune after inspection. But NO High performance driving on drive cycle

Thank you Rick.

This is the "uninstall" function on Cobb correct?

Just want to double check before I go pushing buttons.

Thanks.

My options are a little different.

Here is the current loaded tune:

Current

Here are the choices. Which one should I pick for the drive cycle?

Should I do anything for the PDK tune?

Sorry for so many questions. This is my first time adjusting tune. Don't want to mess anything up.

if I switch from catless to catted Deman headers, could all the OBD2 monitors (O2 heater, etc) be activated?

Thanks for the reply.

This may be a dumb question: I assume hill hold still works after the conversion? I live up a very steep, long driveway that would a complete bitch without hill hold (have to stop to open the gate on the lower portion of the driveway).

Anyone know for sure.

Thanks much

Jonathan
