If the 981 GT4 had a base price of $85,600 we have to assume as a bare minimum the base price of the 718 GT4 will be $91,750 which is only ~$6,000 but like many here we assume it could be $10,000+

Between facelifts and even generations throufhoit the lineup i don't think we've ever seen a 20 percent increase. I'd be looking at a 10 percent increase in USD and I think the base price will be closer to 95k

I have been hearing a lot that this could be the last Cayman that gets an NA engine. If porsche actually hints towards it during official release, they will have no problem selling all of them at 100K+. In the long run, these cars might actually hold their value very well too and I am sure that people who collect cars will see that and get on it regardless of the price.
That configurator was probably still work in progress and someone might have accidentally let it go live without the updated pictures and colors and what not. I see no reason that the price would pop up like that unless that's something that someone in IT in porsche has created it to be at a later point in time.
Hopefully, at that price, porsche has improved the existing car significantly.

If you believe that I've got a bridge FS. Greedy dealer were the ones with the ADM. And no matter what the price increase PAG will assess, greedy dealers will once again ADM these cars. ADM is direct profit in the dealer's pocket. They're not going stop. Anybody believing in a huge price increase by PAG will stop that practice is fooling themselves.

2011 Spyder MSRP was 62,150, 2016 Spyder MSRP 83,095 is what about 33%? HP gain was 55 or about 17%. Expected new GT4/Spyder 430HP about 14% gain (for Spyder). I would guess it's north of $100K if announced this year for GT4/Spyder.

But the market is never wrong (see Smith, Adam). If PAG prices the car (MSRP) at the top of the market, "greedy" dealers will get exactly zero dollars ADM. Of course, The Market is not monolithic. There might be one person willing to pay $300,000 for one, and ten willing to pay $150,000, etc. But by The Market, I mean the MSRP where Porsche sells exactly every one they make without having to discount, but doesn't leave any dollars on the table. It's a theoretical number in a sense, of course, because it's near impossible to tell what every person's actual top dollar figure is. But when the majority of 981.1 GT4s sold at MSRP plus significant ADM (and the ones that weren't sold with ADM could have been), then obviously Porsche left money on the table for the "scalpers." It seems reasonable that they will try to capture at least some of those dollars for themselves this time (see 991 GT2RS.)

The fact is, the market collectively paid more for this car than PAG charged. I'm sure it didn't go unnoticed by PAG. Now what the market does in response to whatever pricing PAG and the dealers choose to present remains to be seen.

Exactly. And the people who live in these ADM markets will see these ADMs continue regardless of where PAG will price these cars. Guess what! The b!tchin' and moaning will continue after all is said and done. In the end there will be no satisfying these people regardless of the hierarchy and pricing structure PAG will decide on. These people will not be happy until everybody gets screwed the way they are. They will continue to go onto forums and voice their displeasure and opinion once again claiming that PAG left money on the table.
Just look at the posts on here now. The car is dropping in value because I have 5000+ miles on it. But its such a great coffee and donuts car that I never tracked. Its my garage queen that I only take out on weekends in nice weather to go canyon carving, etc, etc, etc.
Its a car people. Its not an investment.
