Was reading this article on the Huracan and came across a tidbit about the 960:
"In addition to the long-running competition between Sant'Agata Bolognese and Maranello, the raging bull must fend off challengers from within the VW Group, such as the pending mid-engine Porsche 960 (now delayed until 2019) and the next Audi R8, which will, in top-of-the-line guise, feature a slightly detuned version of the very same V-10 engine the Huracán relies on."

well, the gt3 was supposed to start deliveries wound up being 2014, which now really feels like 2015, the gt3rs which was supposed to be unveiled, like, now, is probably going to be a 2015 car, or maybe even 2016, so the 960 in 2019 (with deliveries in 2018) isn't so far fetched IMO.

Don't like the way porsche is heading lately. Would love to be a fly on the wall at the board meetings when they make these decisions.
