No problem, really.. deliver two cars instead of one - the REAL car, and an additional small, two-cylinder car, which also will be ideal to use for short trips around the city.
A Ferrari is so expensive that the extra small Fiat is the same cost as the optional special gear shift lever covered with Afghan Bison leather.

Good idea on the two cars for one....."After telling us all about the old 500, now it's time to free your imagination and tell us about your hopes and dreams for the new Fiat 500! ...

i saw quite a few fiat 500's in Europe a few months back. All in all its a pretty cool car. Its not as small as i would like, its damn near the same a a mini but with a different badge, but i am sure it dosent handle as well as the little mini. I would love to see what the proposed "abarth" Fiat 500 will look like.

Some talk about Porsche hybrids in the future, Porsche designed the first gas/electric hybrid ever in 1901. Here's a pic....

All that tells me is that the petro companies have been sticking it to us for 100 years while car companies hold back innovation and efficiency. But we all knew that already, right?

A recent couple of posts to Youtube of the back side of the Panamera unmasked.

Not my cup of tea. The 928 backside still reigns supreme (alongside the new Aston Martin in my opinion).

I think it looks like............. well, ***. The only thing it might have in common with the 928 is the front engine. I'm disappointed.

It has a very healthy sound, especially near the end of this video. Autobox.

Although design is ALWAYS a subjective viewpoint, I think for a sedan, the Panamera is cool. I'd hit it! Of course, I don't have a 100K to spend on a ride either, but comparing it to the maseratti or other "true" luxury sport sedans, I think it wins hands down. The artists' concept renderings of the coupe however, are truly an evolution of the 928 and I would always go for a 2-door first. Give it a chance! When it comes out I think it will be a major winner in its class.

I like it... in a thank god now I don't have to be tempted by the Cayenne to get a family cruiser kind of way...of course once I see the price it'll just become another car I can't afford.

I really want to like this car, still looks like a pregnant 911 and sounds like a Camaro.

It's sad the Panamera looks so awful.

But good news. As long as you have obscene amounts of cash, you can get a gorgeous 4 door supercar:

Perhaps a mild evolution after a few years with enhanced design elements and trim might sharpen it up enough to intrigue me. As it is now, it just doesn't do it for me. I guess that's a good thing since I can't afford it anyway.

I think Porsche is about to go through a "Chris Bangle" phase.
