My estimate provided is $8.4K and I am the second owner. Sign up date ended 3 weeks ago so claim allocation is clear. No?

According to the literature out there, the 2016 restitution range is from $10,891-$17,614 which is subject to revision but can't be all that much.

Your $8.4 and my $5.3 are both lower than that range, and is probably accounting for another owner/lessee, just my best guess.

When I registered and uploaded my driver's license and registration and I chose the fix for the "compliant" repair a dollar amount of $4,239.62 which seems to be the value of the repair and warranty on the repair, or, is this my total reward, or is this the first installment? Inquiring minds would love to know
Maybe I missed it, but can someone please post the link again as to where you file the claim? I registered months ago - do we now have to file something else? Upload docs?

https://www.vwcourtsettlement.com/en/3-0-models/

and click on "Claims-Portal".

Alternatively, try directly to claims ...
https://claims.vwgoa.com/#/

Pretty easy and straightforward process to do it online.

Got to the "Your Options" page and it gives you "I am interested in the Emissions Compliant Repair option, if approved." as a radio option. It is the only option and it says it is required

No I don't want it and no I will not have it installed, but if you are going to pad your stats just select it by default and get on with it

So I called the support line today. I turned in my lease a few days early so that was the reason for the issue. For those current and former lease holders make sure you enter you exact lease maturity date not the date you turned in your CD. Only one option for former lease holders $2,000 in compensation. not sure if that includes Bosch $.

I was told after registering for emissions compliant repair and extended emission warranty that the payout would be $9808. 2015 CD with premium package, etc.

I had a Feb 7, 2017 Maturity date but actually turned in my Audi A6 on Dec 4, 2016 and listed Dec 4 as the End date. I know there was something that happened on / after Jan 27th but was not sure how that Jan 27th date would affect the settlement.

At least you can "call back" to remove yourself out of the repair option.

Ok a question.

From the summary page of my claim:
Do you currently either own or lease this vehicle? Yes
Which of the statements below most accurately describes the ownership or lease of this vehicle? I own this vehicle. There is no loan on this vehicle title.
Question is specific to bolded text above.

So I "own" the vehicle in that, well, it's not leased... but it IS financed (via BofA).

Anybody else see this?

And FYI... for my 2014 CD, it says the $ amount is $9,176.74.

Not sure if that means the former owner registered or not. I *think* it was a lease before me, based on the time to the in-service date (almost exactly 36 mos) and mileage at time of purchase (35,9xx... juuust under 36k).

I also got the same thing, like you, I own the car with some of it financed.

The payout was $9748 for my 2015
