Its very good that any of the equipment "fails" suddenly. often times its updates with android or apple software that changes settings. a simple re-pair of the phone to the system often solves a lot of issues. the mr12volt crew is best reached after 7pm est on whatsapp. They are VERY responsive.

Nah tried that. Factory reset and repaired. That doesn’t explain the backup camera either

Just purchased a 2013 Cayenne which is equiped with a PCM 3.1 with the AUX and BT-Aux interface but sadly no BOSE nor Burmester Sound system.
Would it be possible to add an external subwoofer (active) somehow to the MR12V box?! I am not an audio guy but the Cayenne replaced a car with a harmann kardon sound system and therefore, i am used to hear music "intense".. which is not possible with the current system in the cayenne... is there an easy solution to pluy in such a small active woofer!?

What happens if you remove the XM cable? I accidentally removed so without doing my due diligence on this thread. Currently my backup camera is not showing, but everything else seems to work fine. Is that related? Thanks in advance!

You should not remove anything. Cars coded for XM can fault if the board or antenna is removed.

Rear camera onpdk cars will work off the vat, so some manual cars will need a trigger to engage it.

I'm trying to order a kit for a 2013 Cayenne PCM 3.1 (new version). I enter toys in the coupon field and it says the coupon is not applicable to the selected product. Should I enter it elsewhere to get the installation kit?

Also, is this in stock and ready to be shipped? I would like to get it next week for an upcoming road trip.
