Yes, it's possible. It's listed under "extended codings"

Default on mine was set to 1.20 as well.

Amazing now the only question is does it support the 2018 Macan S. I've emailed the manufacturer but no answer yet.

On my '14, the module is listed and the options are in there. I can't confirm for an '11 though.

No clue what "HKL" stands for. Probably a German abbreviation.

Radio remote control functions and Driver interior button functions options were listed a little bit further down on the list:

It was active for both "one-touch", but inactive for the regular "touch"

I tried digging around the software options in my icarscan and I couldn’t find the coding menus referred to in this post. The physical OBD2 icarscan hardware is V11.79, EZDiag app is version 6.4.7, and icarscan software is V23.20. I was using these on my 2012 CTT.

I purchased my icarscan a few weeks ago and updated everything before use.

I'll report back on this. In post #48, the remote control button function for "activation of touch closing function" is listed but I thought it was set to active. Just tested with the keyfob and it doesn't close. I'll need to test it further.

Not quite coding related - but do you know if this scanner will also support flush and adaptation routines for the e-hybrid (958.2, 2016) electric motor clutch? this was the main reason I was going to get the PIWIS as the other scanners on the market are not able to do this. If this can, i'll be ordering one today.
I don't have access to a hybrid model to test. Sorry.

You're giving me a reason to dust off my iCarScan, get it updated, and see if I can do some of these with it.
I've looked through every single menu selection on the PCM and there was no mention of it anywhere. The closest is this, which I believe is it limits the volume to 10 when auto start/stop is engaged. It was initially set to 50 but I changed to 10, no effect when you restart car.

You can change the country setting, maybe each country has its own features? Need to dig deeper into it.

It would appear the limitations of this system are that of a PIWIS 2. It does not support the 2018 Macan S which would need a PIWIS 3. Dammit, bubble=burst.

I wonder how the x431 V+ does with Initializing new modules. For instance, I changed my steering wheel from a sport steering wheel to a multi function steering wheel and had to replace my clock spring. Then I had to take the cayenne to my local race shop that has a bootleg piwis 2 to get the car to recognize the new clock spring and wheel. I am curious if the X431 V+ could have done it?

Bummer. PIWIS 3 is fairly new. Give it some time for the Chinese to reverse engineer it.

So in almost every module, there is an menu selection called "control unit replacement". I'm guessing this would be it but I don't feel comfortable playing around with that function, hope you understand.

I TOTALLY understand. I bet the guys adding trailer hitches would like to know also. I think they have to add the trailer hitch module and then take it to the dealer to have it "coded"

I did some digging on the launch X431 V+. Apparently it works for a good number of makes and models of cars. So you didn't have to pay extra for the Porsche software. Did you just download everything you could for it? I'm sorry for the dumb questions but this is the first I've heard of the X431 V +. When I bought my cayenne I got the durametric enthusiast and it sucks. Too glitchy. Then I got the iCarsoft POR-II. It's better, but no coding and not very easy to use. So close to 600 bucks in tools that I'm not very happy with.

All car manufacturers are included. Comes with 2 years of free update. Yes, I just downloaded everything. I've tested on Toyotas and it works like Toyota Techstream. I recently tested on Ford and it works like Ford IDS. Also plugged it into my Honda and works like Honda HDS. Did a bunch of coding on a BMW a few weeks ago.

Interesting on the BMW coding front. Were the feature coding options about on the same level as what you’re seeing on the Cayenne? If this thing will do most of the same stuff as my esys and NCsexpert setup that will make life a whole lot easier.
