Great find. I certainly appreciate the attention to detail that ISSIMI provides with their inspection report. Basically giving you a PPI up front so you know exactly what you're buying. Although the miles are higher than many are used to seeing, it looks to be a pretty nice example and a good driver in a sweet color. Guards was the third most common color on the 7.2 GT3 but with 79 made, it still isn't common.
Couple of things:
They noted large white smoke after sitting for a couple of days, I'd consider that normal on these cars.
Clean DME except range 1's, which is great.
Sharkwerks exhaust.
Slightly confused by their statement of "there is no evidence of prior paint or bodywork" - in the inspection report with paint meter readings, they show the left door in the 80-100 micron range which I'd consider original paint. Right door is upper hundreds. While they don't state all of the panels that have PPF vs don't have PPF, I think it's safe to assume that someone wouldn't PPF one door only, so at a minimum there's likely paintwork on that passenger side door. But I'd argue more of that car has paintwork unless the majority of the car is covered in film - not saying paintwork is a problem, but just mentioning that statement.

I hate red! However, I have a 944 in Guards Red, actually my 14 year old sons, and can't seem to get enough of that car's color so there is something about Guards Red that pulls me towards it and it's one red that I would own.

Indeed it is my .2RS with 4K miles. Hated to part with it. Thought I would never sell. Sometimes one's got to do what they got to do. Enjoyed it very much while I had it.
Hope the buyer gets to enjoy this car as much as I did.

This car had a $40k-$50K collision repair done in 2020 from hopping a curb and obliterating everything under it. It had paintwork done as well. Not on the carfax as it was repaired by a shop that doesn't report to Carfax. I remember it from when it was for sale locally about 1.5yrs ago. This thread has some info on it -- search the vin.

"I spoke with every dealer that serviced this car since it originated on RL back in 2013. Everyone had awesome things to say about the car but it came up that there was paintwork and no one knew why. Long story short I was able to get ahold of the owner and he gave me the full story and was very forthcoming. If you want this car deal with him directly and your expectations will be inline vs dealing with the dealer.
Long story short, car hopped a curb in Mar 2020 which resulted in an insurance claim in the low to mid 5 figures. Body Work on Right and Rear of Car + Suspension + Wheels + Undercarriage, etc... You know the normal things that happen when you hop a curb in a GT car... It was all repaired by a local Porsche Dealer and does not appear on the Car Fax.
I live on the East Coast and never laid eyes on the car so I really have no opinion on the condition at this point. It could have been repaired awfully or it could be brand new car on the undercarriage / right side / rear end and the new buyer gets a good deal. The big issue with me is the dealer set an expectation that was so out of line from reality that I lost any faith in the transaction and the whole transaction was extremely high pressure until dealing with the actual owner / consignor.
TLDR - Car hopped a curb in 03/2020 with a massive repair bill; talk to the present owner directly if you want to move forwards."

2010 GT3. 12,500 miles. No price. White. PCCBs. Lots of stitch and carbon. Doug at Switchcars had this car twice (I am guessing based on the Carfax), once in 2016 and once in 2019. WP0AC2A92AS783266

I reached out on this one with a few basic questions. No responses yet (pinned? title clean?, accidents? service records etc)....

You need to send a phone number or request a phone number on hot cars. Have a feeling this car got alot of inquiries and the seller picked someone who seemed more serious and got things done on the phone.
