What I think I will do is offer to have the car dealer serviced and include mounting tires of the buyer's choice included in the price. That way it's ready for the new owner. I was going to replace the tires, but thought a collector may want it left as-is. What would you do? Just put Pilot 4S on it?

2007 GT3. 25,610 miles. White. Some track time. Only range 1's. Paint protection film. Carbon mirrors and rear wing (flat part only). Fabspeed intake which I would recommend anyone looking to buy this car remove and put on the factory box which is included. Fabspeed exhaust. Rennline pedals. WP0AC29967S793117

I followed this 7.1 pretty closely. Plus another 5k (+/-) for pinning the lines, 5k for PCAR, plus transport or drive home 3k to 5k right there and your at 140-145....(plus tax, 10.25 here in CA, 12,800 puts it at 150 plus).Very nice car too....
Doug just sold the 7.2 to fayree for about 150, he had it on his site for 154 iirc and Porsche of Colorado had another black 7.2 (with pccb's currently on it) for 150 ish.

6k-mile Carrara White RS 4.0. PCCB, solid black full leather interior, and zero over revs on DME according to the seller. No price listed. The roll bar, harnesses, fire extinguisher, etc lead me to believe that this car has been used for DE’s in the past. Wheels should also technically be finished in GT Silver (which I prefer), but the previous owner had them painted white.

Not sure about this auction website. Never seen it before. This car popped up in my local FB marketplace yesterday. It's a couple towns over from me so I did a quick google search and this is where it came up.
2011 GT3 RS Blue/Red. 51K miles and looks like it has been tracked. No VIN listed. And has an engine replacement. Listed for $210,000 on Facebook.

Awesome! Hope the PPI checks out. Who are you have doing it? My local indy is Automobile Associates in Canton, CT and they are great.
As far as pricing, that's a hard one. Not many (if any) RS's that I can think of with that many miles and an engine replacement for comparison. But based on most of them with moderate miles selling in the $250-300k range I would think if everything checks out around $200k would be reasonable.
