If it is indeed gone already (or offer given,... esp since I believe at this point it is ONLY listed here on RL), it will be very interesting to see if a dealer does find out about it.
I'm not sure if SuperCar Sage (PORS9) can see it FS yet (I get the daily market updates for new listings, but haven't really focused for Chris' specific car, or whether it's algorithms can search deep into RL FS ads).

I applaud cbracerX for trying to give the RL enthusiast crowd first dibs,... but we have all heard the tribulations from others who have tried to do that too, and still got the tire-kickers, slippery dealers, or complicated loan restricted offers.

I am certainly cheering for a clean, no-hassle sale!!

Right now it is only on Rennlist. Pretty sure the first person that sent me a PM is actually a dealer but after a few questions they have gone silent. I’ve got an enthusiast interested enough to come and see it today but no deposit yet, so we shall see what happens.

That's encouraging (the second part). I'm sure there are dealers who watch this thread too,...

Appreciate the love! Taking mine to auction as well sometime in the near future.

@Ranger3 car is probably the closest comp I could find https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...he-911-gt3-41/ Recent sale 2/2022, Same color, year, miles, mostly similar options (lets trade heated seats for sound package plus) and probably better paint since his car had PPF. Add the $5k BAT feed and $125K. I subtracted $5k for less perfect paint, and a chipped headlight. I do have brand new clutch job and pinned lines. So that's worth real money. All in all, I think it's about right, if we assume BAT gets the most cash.

The next comp is the Red GT3 sold on BAT yesterday. It had paintwork, higher miles but was Red (pretty cool) and paint looked good, PCCB "prep" let's call it as the rotors/pads were junk but fun yellow calipers. A wonky right headlight (is this a theme?) and similar minimal options. Sold at $118K plus 5K = $123K.

Am I way off base?
You might only be off base by being low compared to all the dealer listings at $150k or more. Don't think you're off base at all given recent private/auction sales. Priced to sell imho. Best of luck!

The deal with the buyer from your other post (cashier's check plus financing) didn't work out? @@@MUnitedGT

Did a member buy the Guards Red on BAT? I'm betting as a minimum the passenger front fender was painted or even more. The seller was borderline sketch.

Your car is ready to rock. The red car? Who knows.

Would be extremely surprised if this car is actually for sale as this is the ghost dealer.

It is for sale at this dealer. Very likely a scam.

I remember i reached out to this dealer and a few others as well about this time last year as they had (not really though) 3 gt3s for sale. No answer and their website showed aged inventory (no movement of inventory in my observation over a few months). I agree highly likely a scam. Same photos from last year.

They've had that car listed for a LONG time. Well over a year.
I saw some reviews of the "dealership." They were not good. Avoid.

This one showed up in CL searches yesterday.
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/ctd...455469600.html

I inquired and got a response that didn't actually answer any questions I asked. Price seems too good to be true as well. Seems insane markets really bring out the scammers.

Seems very fishy. VIN they list is for a 2019 GT3 RS.

Yes - i am local to this car and coincidentally drove past the dealership a couple of weekends ago so I figured I'd stop in to check it out. First impression was that the car looks terrible. It's got its 15yr old clear bra on the entire front end (fenders, hood, bumper) that has yellowed severely. There is fairly heavy wear on the interior, particularly the driver's seat and steering wheel. The car has definitely been tracked. Paint looks OK but is not pristine, however it looks all original. Overall the car looks well used, certainly not a pampered example. The main concern would be that removing the old clear bra could pull chunks of paint off, given it's been on there for so long. Something tells me the dealership has the same concern, which is why they haven't done it when prepping the car for sale.

Even in this crazy market, this car is probably worth $125K-$130K max, IMO. I haven't driven it so can't comment on mechanicals. hope this helps!
