The 997 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...
If it is indeed gone already (or offer given,... esp since I believe at this point it is ONLY listed here on RL), it will be very interesting to see if a dealer does find out about it.
I'm not sure if SuperCar Sage (PORS9) can see it FS yet (I get the daily market updates for new listings, but haven't really focused for Chris' specific car, or whether it's algorithms can search deep into RL FS ads).
I applaud cbracerX for trying to give the RL enthusiast crowd first dibs,... but we have all heard the tribulations from others who have tried to do that too, and still got the tire-kickers, slippery dealers, or complicated loan restricted offers.
I am certainly cheering for a clean, no-hassle sale!!

2007 GT3. 41k miles. Black. $120k. WP0AC29977S792364

So this one is mine. I appreciate all the rapid sale comments. Let's see. I arrived at this "no haggle" price using BAT, Rennlist and PCarmarket data. Maybe I'm off, but these are the recent comps I used.
@Ranger3 car is probably the closest comp I could find https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...he-911-gt3-41/ Recent sale 2/2022, Same color, year, miles, mostly similar options (lets trade heated seats for sound package plus) and probably better paint since his car had PPF. Add the $5k BAT feed and $125K. I subtracted $5k for less perfect paint, and a chipped headlight. I do have brand new clutch job and pinned lines. So that's worth real money. All in all, I think it's about right, if we assume BAT gets the most cash.
The next comp is the Red GT3 sold on BAT yesterday. It had paintwork, higher miles but was Red (pretty cool) and paint looked good, PCCB "prep" let's call it as the rotors/pads were junk but fun yellow calipers. A wonky right headlight (is this a theme?) and similar minimal options. Sold at $118K plus 5K = $123K.
Am I way off base?

The deal with the buyer from your other post (cashier's check plus financing) didn't work out? @@@MUnitedGT
NVM...saw the updated post

Your car is ready to rock. The red car? Who knows.

Would be extremely surprised if this car is actually for sale as this is the ghost dealer.

It is for sale at this dealer. Very likely a scam.

I remember i reached out to this dealer and a few others as well about this time last year as they had (not really though) 3 gt3s for sale. No answer and their website showed aged inventory (no movement of inventory in my observation over a few months). I agree highly likely a scam. Same photos from last year.
I saw some reviews of the "dealership." They were not good. Avoid.
This one showed up in CL searches yesterday.

I inquired and got a response that didn't actually answer any questions I asked. Price seems too good to be true as well. Seems insane markets really bring out the scammers.

Even in this crazy market, this car is probably worth $125K-$130K max, IMO. I haven't driven it so can't comment on mechanicals. hope this helps!
