I plan on keeping it mainly as is. I will most likely remove the “sequential conversion” and take it back to a stock manual. Other than that will see how the cargraphic system sounds and if it needs any tweaks for possible drone/noise reduction. Update some ppf and let it rip! Making a mountain road trip out of the pick up and will cruise Colorado/new Mexico for a few days with my wife.

The gearbox scared off the vast majority of buyers, hence leaving a very good deal for the new owner. I think he did well, and has in essence a new-ish motor and a well-optioned car. I mean it's what....1500 miles since the rebuild? Congratulations.

The thought has crossed my mind to let my 1900mile for $350k purchased at $200k in 2019, but I just cannot do it. I would not easily be able to get this level RS again.
My crystal ball is also broken, sold my 25k mile 08RS in June of 2019 for $135 and my 9k mile 11RS for $145k in January of 2020...sticking with my 2010RS.

Insane! Don’t think they will get that, but I have been proven wrong multiple times in this marketplace. Kinda hope this doesn’t sell for $370k as it tempts some enthusiasts to sell or to just park their cars and not drive them at all. Also pushes out a lot of enthusiasts from buying. Hope this market doesn’t get the best of me, but I don’t picture myself selling unless the RS 3.8’s get within spitting distance of RS 4.0’s although I don’t see that happening.

If I had the choice of buying a car for 200k and sitting on it for 12 months and profiting $150k 12 months later, or driving the snot out of it, I'd probably take the $150k 12 months later. It's not worth paying $150k to drive a car for a year. That's just me.

Isringhausen Imports sold a couple of decent 997.2 GT3 RS in the low $200-230k couple of months ago. Guess they sold too fast. Now they are trying $370k to see if any taker. They can always lower the price later. Does not hurt to start high.

Having seen many of Isringhausen’s cars up for sale over the years, I have very rarely ever seen them lower their asking prices even if the car sits for months.
