Haha! I appreciate you saying so. To me it seemed just right.

I had low hopes for finding a white car, and funny enough my last 8 cars have all been white.
Felt good to continue on the white car trend of mine.

I have always been a huge silver wheels only guy. But I do agree - the wheels looks stellar in person.

Thats what I suspected as well. Just seemed odd that the sticker shows both.
I didn't mean to imply the buckets are heated - I just meant the heated seat button is present in the car.
I was told by a buddy of mine and sales person at Porsche of 30 years that when a GT3 was specced with option 78 (full black leather) that it included the bucket centers. But theres no concrete evidence for this.
Congrats! Enjoy it!

I think they all came with alcantara centers. Here's an example of a full leather car with buckets from factory with alcantara centers.

My best guess is that he originally spec'd buckets, then realized he could add the buckets easier than he could the heating, so he probably got the heated seats and then added the buckets after, but for some reason both stayed on the build sheet, maybe he changed it on the last day prior to the order locking, or something like that.

I'll be watching this one. If he gets 125k I'm listing mine. Almost the same car with slightly less miles.

Wish I could get in touch with the original owner!
Thanks for the info on the buckets. Wouldn't mind doing alcantara centers on them to match the rest of the trim inside the car.

This thread was very helpful in my potential and actual purchase.

Depending on how in-depth you want to go, you may be able to find them. Often through first finding locations of the car over the years, then searching through PCA online magazines, Rennlist posts, etc. It isn't easy, but if it's a long term car for you, sometimes it's worth it.

He wrong. But it doesn't really matter, your butt doesn't give a crap about the difference in material at 8k RPM.

Also check for info stored in the NAV system. I have found prior owners by searching addresses online.

Definitely worth it. I’ve spent a substantial amount of time trying. I may or may not have a buddy who may or may not have access to anything a dealership has written up on the car that may or may not have owner info attached.

Thank you for the clarification! And you certainly aren’t wrong. Very reminiscent of my E46 and E92 M3s. Missed that in the GT4 but best of all worlds with this thing.

Figured I would include the info for future buyers to have an idea.

Still not sure why the sticker and MSRP both reflect the car having buckets and adaptive sport seats.
Car has buckets in it currently, but still has the heated seat button.

I paid $125k for this car.

Details/ Extras:

2010 GT3
Carrara White
26k miles

- TechArt nose lift
- RS LWFW
- GMG harness bar (sold)
- GMG RSR exhaust (discontinued - sounds incredible)
- OE wheels finished in Weissgold 539
- 2x RS lip
- PFC front rotors with Pagid endurance yellow pads
- Rennsport pedals

Plans for the car- rack up the miles and enjoy.
That's awesome. Huge Congratulations.

seems like the market is not as scarce as it was a little ways back. A lot of .1s currently listed.
