There's an 07 green RS at my dealer with 29XX miles. Looks perfect. Asking $315k.

That's quite optimistic, given recent comps. $30k over MSRP on a 47k mile car with a relatively bare spec.

Not necessarily. Good for you guys who own one, maybe not so good for those who don’t. $150k and 47k miles does seems like a bit of a pipe dream, we’ll see.

RS is cool and so is green and that's low miles but basically triple the market price for a regular 07 GT3 is a bit mind boggling.

Exactly. I just bought track insurance for a HPDE and cringed when I put in what I estimated the value is today.
